                                          The classes start at 10.00am and end around 5pm each day.

If you are unable to attend weekend classes or these are booked out, I can run a class at Healesville on most week days or over 5 evenings on Thursday from 6.00 - 8.30 pm. Call me either on  0411037306 or 59623304 and we can have a chat.

Your own home                    $ 480*

*If you have a friend who participates in the program with you at your home, the fee for you will be $380  and for your friend $400 (that's a saving of $100 for you and $40 for your friend).

 Fee includes companion(s),  3 textbooks, 2 relaxation/visualisation CD and various handouts. 

Class numbers are limited to a maximum of 3 mothers and companion(s).

Even though it is never too late - it is best to attend the program between weeks 28 and 34 in order to get the most benefit out of it.
