The classes start at 10.00am and end around 5pm each day.

If you are unable to attend weekend classes or these are booked out, I can run a class over 5 evenings on either a Monday or Thursday from 7.00 - 9.30 pm. Call me either on 5962 3304 or 0411037306 and we can have a chat.

Fee includes companion(s),  3 textbooks, 1 relaxation/visualisation CD and various handouts.

 Class numbers are limited to a maximum of 3 mothers and companion(s).

Even though it is never too late - it is best to attend the program between weeks 30 and 34 in order to get the most benefit out of it.
